In this solution, we provide support and service to vendors on per call basis. These come handy for vendors who have not signed a standard SLA with One Touch and want to try the efficiency of our IT engineering team. We can provide ad-hoc based installation services for all the IT based equipment like

Any other services will also be provided to vendors’ end user clients on their workplace in line with the requirements put forward by a particular company. As mentioned earlier, these services will not be a part of planned managed deployment program. We will provide a vendor’s local client with a service of onsite installation of assets matching to the standards followed by them in their original operating regions.
